MEDUSA TATTOO MUNICH
§ 1 Scope of Application
- (1) These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services offered by MEDUSA TATTOO MUNICH, Altheimer Eck 11, 80331 Munich, hereinafter referred to as the "Provider".
- (2) The GTC apply to contracts for tattoo and piercing services between the Provider and the customer (consumer or business).
- (3) Deviating conditions of the customer are not recognised unless the Provider expressly agrees to their validity in writing.
§ 2 Services
- (1) The Provider offers tattoo and piercing services.
- (2) The services include consultation, tattooing and piercing, as well as aftercare advice.
- (3) All services are carried out in accordance with current hygienic standards and legal regulations.
§ 3 Appointments & Cancellation
- (1) Appointments can be made online via the website or by telephone.
- (2) No costs are incurred if cancelled up to 24 hours before the appointment.
- (3) In the event of short-term cancellation (less than 24 hours) or no-show, a cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed price will be charged.
§ 4 Prices & Payment
- (1) Prices are based on effort, size and complexity of the service.
- (2) Payments can be made in cash, by debit card or credit card.
- (3) A deposit may be required for larger projects.
§ 5 Health & Eligibility
- (1) The customer warrants that they are medically fit for the service.
- (2) If there are doubts about suitability, the Provider may refuse the service.
- (3) The customer is obliged to disclose any pre-existing conditions and medications.
§ 6 Aftercare & Liability
- (1) The Provider provides aftercare instructions.
- (2) The Provider assumes no liability for consequences of improper aftercare.
- (3) Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.
§ 7 Copyright
- (1) Designs by the Provider are protected by copyright.
- (2) Commercial use of tattoo designs requires written consent.
- (3) Customer designs remain the property of the customer.
§ 8 Data Protection
- (1) The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with GDPR.
- (2) Details can be found in the separate privacy policy.
- (3) The customer has the right to information, rectification and erasure of their data.
§ 9 Final Provisions
- (1) German law applies.
- (2) The place of jurisdiction is Munich.
- (3) Amendments and supplements to these GTC require written form. This also applies to the amendment of this written form clause.
- (4) Oral ancillary agreements do not exist.
